The Panthers are very happy to announce the additions of three coaches to the youth Coaching staff. Troy Beinhauer at 12u, Matt Marino at 14u, and Eric Lowry at 18u. All three coaches have ties to Central Penn and are alumni of the Junior program.
This will be Beinhauer’s first official venture into coaching. Troy had a very solid playing career, and is coming off a 2-year successful stint in the Western States League (AAU Tier 2 Jr), as well as time in the EHL and the Met with Central Penn.
Marino is also a first time coach and former JR Panther; playing 3 seasons. In his final season with the Panthers he averaged over a point a game and was a key addition for a late season playoff run. Matt has been a mentor with the youth program in the past at both team practices and youth skill clinics.
Lowry will be joining the 18u group, he had previously coached a number of the players on this team. Eric is returning to the club after playing 2-years of JRA in Canada, after two success seasons with the Panthers in the Met.
“All three of these guys are great young men”, said Wil Younger (GM). “When I asked them if they were interested they all had comments that pretty much mirrored each other. They want to help build the club, and give back to the kids in our program.”
